Refund policy

Please inspect the items you ordered from me immediately upon arrival.

Not satisfied?

If for any reason you aren’t happy with your purchase I would rather you told me and gave me the chance to rectify the problem. Please do email me with as much information/pictures as possible as to the reason you are unhappy.  Please email me on hello@mamasbeeswax.co.uk

Missing Items?

If by any small chance I have missed something from your order, or accidentally sent the wrong item, it goes without saying I am really sorry. Please contact me on hello@mamasbeeswax.co.uk  and let me know so I can rectify the error as soon as possible.

Damaged during delivery?

If your order arrives and it is damaged, I will offer a replacement, please contact me on hello@mamasbeeswax.co.uk attaching photos and proof of purchase (order number and date) within 30 days of purchase, after this an exchange or refund will not be possible

Refunds of faulty products

Due to the nature of our products and the packaging used (no plastic wrap) I am only able to offer refunds on faulty products notified to me within 30 days of purchase.  To be eligible for a refund please contact me on hello@mamasbeeswax.co.uk stating the reason you believe the product is faulty. If your return is accepted I will supply a shipping return label as well as instructions on how and where to return the product. 

I will notify you as soon as I receive the returned item and you will automatically be refunded by your original payment method within 10 business days.  Please remember it can take some further days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.  If more than 15 business days have passed since I acknowledged your return, please contact me on hello@mamasbeeswax.co.uk
